Our F&B journey began with a simple idea - to fill the then market gap in modern Indian QSR space and bring hygienic, value-for-money, authentically flavorful Punjabi food in a dhaba-style format, inspired by the highways of North India. That inspiration lives on in our tagline: “From the Highways of North.”

Our second venture was born from the idea of serving value-for-money Indo-Chinese food, but with a more organized and professional touch. This led to the creation of Asian Meal Box, which we fondly refer to as 'AMB' within our team.

In the same year, we also expanded Norfest by launching its first multi-tenant corporate QSR, the brand's second overall outlet, at the prestigious Sattva Knowledge City campus, right in the heart of Hyderabad.

Anticipating the early rise of the cloud kitchen trend, we launched Norfest's first-ever cloud kitchen in 2019, expanding our reach beyond dine-in and corporate spaces.

That same year, we introduced a new brand to our portfolio: All Day Paratha (ADP) - a celebration of India's beloved comfort food. ADP offers a wide variety of new-age parathas reimagined for the modern palate.

By 2021, with a growing portfolio of diverse brands operating independently across various formats, we saw the opportunity to unify our strengths. This led to the creation of our first true "Multi-Brand Cloud" kitchen, fondly called MBC Bringing all our brands under one roof allowed us to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and scale more efficiently, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

Deal

Recognizing our strong performance and brand potential, a well-funded F&B cloud startup acquired the online rights to our Asian portfolio, with an ambitious vision to scale it to 250+ cloud kitchens across the country.

2024
New Avatar

2024 was a landmark year for us, as we relaunched "Asian Meal Box" in an all-new avatar. With a completely overhauled menu and refreshed brand experience, this marked the debut of our first-ever AMB QSR, launched in April 2024 at Raheja Mindspace, Hyderabad.

AMB Mascot ‘Bagha’—a cute little baby tiger symbolizing the freshness and vibrancy of our brand—was officially launched.
